Hardwood Flooring 

​Hardwood Flooring:  We are members of the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA). We are certified through the NWFA for Install and Sand & Finish as well as being BONA Certified Craftsmen.  We offer a full range of hardwood and laminate flooring services including:  Installation of glue-down, nail-down, and floating floors, and sand & finish of hardwood floors.  We can provide your flooring as well as having a full line of eco-friendly stains and finishes available.

Stone Polishing:  Our polishing equipment for stone can be used, from grinding down heavy lippage to putting a nice clean polish back on to your stone floors, countertops, or showers.

Tile & Stone:  We offer a full line of installation of showers, floors, pavers, and backsplashes.  Our craftsmen are trained in mud beds and waterproofing.

Subfloor Preparation:  At Modern Concepts, we know that a finished floor can only be as good as the subfloor that it is going on.  Here at Modern Concepts we use a combination of leveling and flattening methods to make sure your finished product is the way it is supposed to be.  We use a 220v concrete grinder (attached to vacuum system) to grind down any high spots in the slab and self leveler/mud bed for any low spots, depending on material going over top.
